Hobbies aren't distractions.

With any kind of work, we usually get exhausted from the amount we ave to do. Sometimes we don't have a choice but to continue the grind to earn a living. We may not time to indulge ourselves into our hobbies.
When we are in a work environment, we have to immerse ourselves into our jobs. Not to say we shouldn't, but if we over exhaust ourselves then we lose sight of our personal goals. I have done this multiple times during my 1st year in college.
It got to the point that I didn't have anything to do anymore. I would be in a routine of school, homework, then sleep. I noticed this and decided to give myself time to relax and indulge into games, movies and music.
Doing so gave me a sense of clarity, and even help motivate myself into doing my work more properly. The key here is moderation, limiting yourself and knowing when to work and when to relax. A pretty obvious notion, but hard in practice.
I know, sometimes we have those moments when a lot of work id suddenly push to you. That kind of situation can be overwhelming, but don't falter. Give yourself a moment to breath and think on how to organize each task.
This was just a sample on what I'll be sharing on this platform, hope you'll all enjoy.
